Word Bloom — Terms of Service

By downloading or playing Word Bloom (“the app”), published by Snail Pixel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its content.

2. Your account & conduct

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the display name you choose. Do not use offensive names or attempt to disrupt, cheat, or abuse the service or its leaderboards. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these terms.

3. Purchases & ads

The app is free and supported by ads. Any optional purchases (such as removing ads) are handled by the app store and are subject to its terms.

4. Availability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties. Online features (cloud save, leaderboards) may be unavailable at times; the game remains playable offline.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snail Pixel is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
